"DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love" is a vocal past American vocalist Usher, featuring guest vocals from American rapper Pitbull, who co-wrote the song with the producers Shellback and Max Martin, with additional writing from Savan Kotecha. It was released to digital download on December 11, 2010, and sent to radio on December 24, 2010, as the starting time single from Usher'southward EP, Versus EP, which is an extension of his sixth studio album, Raymond v. Raymond. "DJ Got United states of america Fallin' in Dearest" was leaked on the internet on December one, 2010, with its follow-upwards unmarried "Hot Tottie" leaked later that month.[1] [2] The vocal was released from Versus as the EP's mainstream unmarried, whereas the latter track was released as the urban single.[3] "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Dear" features guest vocals by rapper Pitbull, who co-wrote information technology with Savan Kotecha, Max Martin and Shellback, with production handled by the latter two.[iv] It was recorded at Maratone Studios, Stockholm, Sweden and at Conway Studios, Los Angeles, California, handled by Sam The netherlands and Emily Wright. Mixing was done past Serban Ghenea at MixStar Studios.[4] "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love" runs for a duration of 3 minutes and forty seconds.[5] This is the beginning of two songs that Kotecha, Martin, and Shellback take co-written for Conductor, who would later join the three in co-writing his 2012 single "Scream".

"DJ Got Usa Fallin' in Love" peaked at number two on the Canadian Hot 100 chart,[18] and was certified ii times Platinum by the Canadian Recording Manufacture Clan (CRIA), for shipments of over 160,000 copies. It peaked at number three on the Australian Singles Charts,[nineteen] and received a 6 times Platinum certification by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA).[twenty] The song reached number four on the New Zealand Singles Chart,[21] and was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of New Zealand (RIANZ). "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Dear" was certified Platinum in the regions of México and Switzerland, past the AMPROFON and IFPI, respectively. The song achieved success in Europe, peaking at number three on the European Hot 100.[ citation needed ] Internationally "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love" reached the top-ten in over 15 countries, condign one of Usher's well-nigh successful singles. Usher first performed "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love" on Good Morning America, alongside "OMG".[33] A few days later, Usher performed the song on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.[34] On December 17, 2010, he performed the vocal alongside "There Goes My Babe" on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.[35] Usher performed "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Beloved" in the flavor 5 finale of America's Got Talent,[36] and in the 7th season of The X Factor.[37] He performed the song during his OMG Tour, aslope several other tracks.[38] The song was performed with "OMG" during the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.[39] VMA executive producer Dave Sirulnick told MTV News, "Nosotros said to him, 'We want to exercise the all-time televised dance routine that you've done in years.
